Newcastle United vs Arsenal

the play Arsenal -0.5 -125

The pressure is on in the EPL title race with the big three teams taking maximum points so far in the hectic Christmas/New Year schedule.

Chelsea is 8 points ahead and Arsenal cannot afford to drop points on the road at St.James Park.

Arsenal is back in form after slipping up in November. I expect them to take maximum points here and put the pressure back on Chelsea and Manchester United for the New Years Day fixtures.

Hibernian have a great home record of <st1:date Month="2" Day="6" Year="2002">6-2-2</st1:date>. They lost only against <st1:place>Kilmarnock</st1:place> and Glasgow Rangers. The last three games at home they won with 2:1. The opponent today Hearts have a record of <st1:date Month="1" Day="1" Year="2003">1-1-3</st1:date> from the last five games. The last game they lost at home against Celtic Glasgow 0:2. Hearts have on road a record of <st1:date Month="3" Day="2" Year="2004">2-3-4</st1:date>. A 2.25 odd on the Hibs I think is really attractive. They are playing this year nice football and at home they are really good. They are better in form than the Hearts and I think at home for this price is a little bit value. <o:p></o:p>

Celtic Glasgow is currently in a great form - they won the last four games in a row and they scored seven goals and got only one goal. Celtic Glasgow have at home a record of 9-0-1 - they lost only against <st1:City><st1:place>Aberdeen</st1:place></st1:City>. The opponent today <st1:place>Livingston</st1:place> have an away-record of <st1:date Year="2006" Day="1" Month="3">1-3-6</st1:date> - the first leg at home they lost 2:4 against Celtic Glasgow. And today it’s a must-win for Celtic - when they will win this match they are again on the first place in the Scottish League. <o:p></o:p>
